We may share data about UmoldIT customers and prospects with company-appointed agents so that they may contact our customers and our prospects on our behalf. We reserve the right to transfer all personally identifiable information in the event of a transfer of ownership of UmoldIT through merger with another company or acquisition by another company.

Information about our clients is an important part of our business, and we do not sell or divulge such information to others (however, we will be bound to cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about our clients). Similarly, we fully understand the confidentiality and sensitivity of our clients' content within the company websites and diligently work to protect it. In addition, to ensure the highest levels of confidentiality within our websites (‘UmoldIT websites’), we employ an advanced architecture that provides separate databases for each customer project, thus guaranteeing complete content isolation. Our websites (‘UmoldIT websites’) also provide features that permit customers to configure authorization levels for users within their organization, as applicable.

If you choose to visit any of our company websites (‘UmoldIT websites’), your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this notice and the 'UmoldIT Customer Agreement', including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the laws of India and exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts situated at Chennai, India only.
